Kirstin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. After getting her teaching degree, Kirstin taught High School Spanish and English and is now joyfully homeschooling her three children, ages eleven, eight, and six. The family follows the classical homeschool model including "living books" and notebooking. Kirstin enjoys drawing on a variety of sources to customize a curriculum for her family each year based on The Well Trained Mind.
