Pumpkin Pancakes

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 T. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1 egg
2 T. canola oil

Combine first 8 ingredients. Combine milk, pumpkin, egg and oil. Stir into dry ingredients until just moist.

Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto griddle. Cook and enjoy! Very yummy!!
